FAQ

Questions early teams ask

What is NgsReach?

NgsReach is a developer-first newsletter infrastructure platform. Connect your own email provider like Resend, AWS SES, SendGrid, or SMTP while managing subscribers, campaigns, automations, and delivery metrics from a single platform.

Which email providers are supported?

You can connect Resend or any SMTP-compatible provider. Your email delivery stays fully under your control while NgsReach handles orchestration, subscribers, campaigns, and analytics.

Do you send emails for me?

No. NgsReach uses your own email infrastructure. Connect providers like Resend or SMTP and keep ownership of your domains, reputation, and delivery pipeline.

Can I integrate using an API?

Yes. NgsReach includes HTTP APIs for subscriptions, unsubscribe requests, and future developer integrations.

Who owns the email infrastructure?

You do. NgsReach connects to your existing provider so you keep full ownership of domains, sender reputation, and delivery configuration.

How does unsubscribe work?

Each subscriber receives a secure unsubscribe link generated for your workspace. Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and remain synchronized across campaigns and providers.

Can I self-host NgsReach?

Self-hosting is planned for future releases. The current early-access version is fully managed while still using your own email infrastructure and providers.

Will NgsReach become open source?

Yes — open-source support is part of the long-term roadmap. We plan to progressively open parts of the platform once the core architecture and developer experience are stable.

What are the limits during early access?

Early access is currently free while we expand core platform capabilities. Pricing and limits will be announced before general availability.
